D-ale of the Folklore explores how interactive storytelling can preserve and reinterpret Romanian mythology through modern digital design. The project reimagines traditional folktales as an immersive web experience, combining narrative structure, visual symbolism, and interaction design to engage younger audiences with cultural heritage.
My process involved translating mythological motifs into interactive UI elements and designing a visual system that merges folklore aesthetics with contemporary digital minimalism. Through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, I focused on maintaining narrative clarity while allowing emotional and symbolic depth to emerge through motion and interaction.
